Our Clubs
Who are our Club members? Read about our impressive state Youths of the Year,
chosen for outstanding contributions to Club, community and family. Each state Youth of
the Year competes regionally. Regional winners then vie for the title of
National Youth of
the Year, who is installed by the President of the United States.

No matter what your age, it is important to your physical and mental well-being to play!  
Boys & Girls Clubs want youth to have fun and be active.  So contact a local Club or just

  • 902 youth, ages 6 – 18 - Total Club Membership
  • 683 children participate in Career and Education programs
  • 426 Club Members participate in Career and Education programs at least an
    average of   once a week.
  • 19,757 Power Hour units of service through October 09
  • 193 Average Daily attendance During the School Year
  • 129 Average Daily attendance During the Summer
  • 2182 non-members participated in outreach programs and special events
  • We helped with LCE Walkathon – 416
  • We helped with NRE Science Day – 417

  • Tabby reads to 40 students at NRE every Monday
